Terms & Conditions

  1. A 50% rental deposit secures the booking and constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  2. The remaining balance must arrive 14 days before check-in or the owner may cancel and relist the property.
  3. Guest cancellations more than 30 days ahead receive a full refund minus $50. Less than 30 days notice results in non-refundable payments unless the property is successfully rebooked. Cancellations within 48 hours have strictly no refund or credit options.
  4. The owner attempts to honour bookings but reserves the right to alter them due to unforeseen circumstances.
  5. The owner requires guests to maintain property standards and respect conditions.
  6. Guest count cannot exceed the confirmation notice amount. Undisclosed additional guests incur fees.
  7. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited as the rate covers domestic use only, not commercial events.
  8. Guests bear responsibility for damage, breakages, theft, and losses during their stay.
  9. The property must be left in similar condition to arrival. Check-out is 10:00am.
  10. Pets are not allowed due to resident koalas.
  11. The owner assumes no responsibility for guest personal property loss.
  12. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
  13. Only written owner approval permits condition variations.
